1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website located at https://net777.world and any associated mobile interface, application, or API operated by net777.
• "net777", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the legal entity that owns and operates the Platform under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the Platform, used to place bets, access games, and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under a specific promotion, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds convert into withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification procedures that net777 is required to conduct in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and confirm Player eligibility.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct described in Clause 10 of these Terms, including but not limited to collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting systems.
• "Service" means all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, customer support, and any other feature made available through the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default time zone used for all time-sensitive operations including withdrawal processing windows, promotional deadlines, and support availability unless stated otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with net777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility

You are eligible to register an Account and use the Platform only if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. net777 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will close any Account found to be held by a person under 21.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you as an individual. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws of your country and locality.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of net777, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be opened and operated solely in your own name and for your own personal use.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with net777 or any other online gaming operator that would prohibit you from gambling.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of entering into binding legal contracts.

4 Account Registration

To use the Services, you must complete the registration process and open a valid Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your fu ll legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. net777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify net777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• net777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for that refusal.
• Account usernames must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or misleading language. net777 may require you to change a username that violates this standard.

5 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

net777 is required to conduct identity verification on all Accounts in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations and licence conditions. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, and may also be triggered at other points during your use of the Platform.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card), passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence issued within the last three months, clearly displaying your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other accepted Indonesian bank) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) used to fund your Account, confirming that the payment method is registered in your own name.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document, taken on the date of submission.

net777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an Account if KYC documents cannot be verified to our satisfaction or if we have reason to believe the information provided is false, misleading, or belongs to another person.

6 Deposits

net777 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed instantly subject to your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing times.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Accounts; however, high-value deposits may trigger additional KYC review.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where reasonably possible, with any associated bonus forfeited.
• net777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are non-refundable once funds have been used to place bets. Unused deposited funds may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms in Clause 7.
• net777 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a Prohibited Activity.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time through your Account dashboard. net777 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for standard withdrawal requests; however, processing times may vary depending on your bank's clearing schedule, KYC status, and the volume of requests being handled at the time.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals will be credited only to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• KYC verification must be fully complete before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawal requests made while KYC is pending will be queued and processed once verification is confirmed.
• net777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited or same-day processing for high-value withdrawals may carry a nominal processing fee, which will be disclosed to you before you confirm the request.
• In cases where net777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation, for a period not exceeding 14 calendar days.
• Withdrawals requested on Indonesian public holidays, or during scheduled system maintenance windows, may experience delays. net777 will communicate planned maintenance in advance via on-platform notifications.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

net777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the stated requirements at the time the offer is claimed. net777 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount where specified). The applicable multiplier for each offer is published on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated for each promotion, typically 7 to 30 days. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be removed from your Account automatically.
• Certain game categories — including, but not limited to, live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, and sports betting with odds below 1.50 — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including through coordinated play across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other forms of bonus abuse — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• net777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, subject to honoring any commitments already made to eligible Players who have begun fulfilling wagering requirements.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules are as follows:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction is reflected in your Account Balance. Bets are not valid until this confirmation is received.
• net777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any event, market, or game at its discretion, including imposing individual Account-level stake limits where warranted by betting patterns.
• In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to a manifest pricing error, a disconnection during a live game, or system failure — net777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Accounts. net777 will not be liable for winnings that would have been generated had the error not occurred.
• For football markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League fixtures, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out; a void selection reduces the parlay by one leg.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Acceptance of a live bet does not guarantee the odds displayed at the moment of clicking will be the odds applied — odds may fluctuate during transmission, and the odds at which your bet is confirmed are the binding odds.
• net777 uses the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League, FIFA for World Cup) to settle markets. Any subsequent changes to an official result — including decisions made after initial settlement — will be reflected in a re-settlement where technically feasible.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may lead to referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or event.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting result.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other schemes designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected to the proceeds of crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that were genuinely received and used for gaming. Any chargeback will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account, or registering an Account using another person's identity or payment details.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Reselling access to the Platform, scraping data, or reproducing any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without express written permission from net777.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the net777 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of net777 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence to any intellectual property belonging to net777 or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any purpose other than your own personal, non-commercial use without the prior written consent of net777.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

net777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

net777 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data processing activities are conducted under appropriate technical and organisational security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption.

13 Responsible Gaming

net777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling is intended as entertainment and that you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

The following tools are available to all Players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of your individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

14 Suspension and Termination

net777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• net777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency;
• net777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to net777's satisfaction;
• A Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of games or markets.

Upon Account closure for cause, any Balance remaining in your Account may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established within 60 calendar days, net777 will return verified real-money funds to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all closure scenarios.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining verified Balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net777's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

net777 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, however arising;
• Interruption to the Platform caused by third-party infrastructure, Indonesian banking system outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or acts of government.

Nothing in this clause limits net777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless net777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your use or misuse of the Platform or any Service;
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
• Any content you submit to the Platform, including any communication through our live chat or support channels.

17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net777 holds its international gaming licence. This choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to you under the laws of Indonesia.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of one party notifying the other in writing, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

18 Amendments

net777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, net777 will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent on-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter period is required by regulatory mandate or legal obligation.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect each amendment. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
